Fire And Smoke Intumescent Door Seals are designed to maintain the integrity of fire doors, resists the passage of fire for up to 60 minutes, contains intumescent material which expands when subjected to heat to form a seal around the door. These specially designed seals contain intumescent material which expands up to 10 times its original size when subjected to heat from fire and smoke. The seals then fill the gaps around the fire door to effectively provide a barrier to the dangers of fire.
