Emergency Exit Only Signage

Emergency exit only signs clearly identify doors designated specifically for escape from a building during an emergency, helping occupants recognise the correct exit when they reach the end of an evacuation route. Position the message directly on or immediately beside the relevant door where it can be seen on approach. Clear identification is particularly important where several nearby doors could cause uncertainty, helping distinguish the emergency exit from storage rooms, service doors or normal internal access.
