We use Secure Server Technology and we have VeriSign Certification that ensures all the information you send us is encrypted so it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the internet. We use PayPal secure site to process your credit card details.
Existing customers can use their credit account to purchase products over the internet. Credit accounts can be applied for and are granted subject to status. First orders for Non-UK orders must be paid by credit card.
If you are applying for a new account we will make a search with a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search and will share that information with other businesses. We may also make enquiries about the principal directors with a credit reference agency.
Because customers prefer using it, they will pay more often through PayPal than through other payment methods. PayPal makes it easy for customers because they don't need to re-enter card details every time they buy. Customers trust in Paypal and this form of payment method is becoming more and more popular.
Some customers may not have a credit card or have a PayPal account, as a result we provide the option of paying by bank transfer, you will be required to complete the necessary details in order to complete the bank transfer. The bank that you will be paying into is owned by Cherwell Fire Safety Limited. To order goods to pay by bacs bank transfer simply raise an official purchase order containing your invoice address, delivery address, purchase order number, date, name of the person receiving the goods, goods description(s), goods SKU number (this is found on the product page), quantity of each item required, purchase order amount. Please note all products on this site are exclusive of VAT so you will need to add the VAT to you total, once complete please send your purchase order by e-mail to us, we will then raise an invoice with your details and descriptions and send back to you for BACS payment, once funds have been cleared we will then start processing your order.
